Privacy policy

MyOpsAlly is a service of Apex Technology LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers what we collect when you text our toll-free number or use this website, and when you text, call or chat with a business that uses MyOpsAlly on its own channels. It explains how we use that information and what we never do with it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. We do not sell or rent personal information.
What we collect
- Your phone number, and your name if you give it.
- The content of your texts, chats and calls with us, including order details, job names, delivery addresses and dates.
- Your text messaging choices: when you opted in, and any STOP, START or HELP you sent.
- Records of the messages we send you and whether they were delivered.
How we use it
- To answer you. If you contacted a business that uses MyOpsAlly, to pass your order or request to that business.
- If you placed an order with a business that uses MyOpsAlly, to send you updates on it from that business's own number.
- To honor your STOP and HELP requests.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems and meet legal obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing texts.
Who we share it with
- The business you contacted, if you contacted one. When you text, call or chat with a business on its own channels, it receives your messages and order details so it can serve you. Nothing you send to our toll-free number goes to any business.
- Service providers that run the service for us. These carry texts and calls, host our systems, and process message text with AI to draft replies. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of people and of the service.

How long we keep it
We keep conversation and order records for as long as the business uses MyOpsAlly and needs them for its records, then delete them. We keep a record of a STOP request for as long as needed to keep honoring it.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who run the service, and each business's records are kept separate from every other business's.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from us.
- Email james@myopsally.us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
Children
MyOpsAlly is for customers of businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
